  • Instructor-Led Courses

    Class Times

    Check-in begins at 6:30 a.m. on the first day of class, with class beginning at 7:00 a.m. All classes will begin promptly at 7:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m., except on test day.


    Amenities

    Students will be given breaks and a one-hour lunch. Coffee, water and snacks are provided. Students may bring their lunch or visit one of the many eateries nearby.


    IADC Sample Exams

    IADC provides the following sample exams for the WellSharp courses to test your knowledge.


    Must Have

    • A copy of your enrollment confirmation
    • A valid, government issued ID (driver’s license, passport etc.)
    • Be in class every day and for the complete day’s lesson
      • If a student misses 4 hours or more they will need to reschedule and start over

    Must Not !

    • WEAPONS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ALLOWED ON SCHOOL PROPERTY
    • Personal communication devices (cell phones, iPads etc.) are not to be used during class
    • WCS is a smoke free facility. There are designated smoking areas outside the building.

    Formalities

    Payment

    Individual’s courses are paid for in advance. If you have made prior arrangements to pay on the first day of class, payment must be in the form of a credit card, cashier’s check or bank money order only. NO cash or personal checks will be accepted.

    Books and Materials

    WCS will provide all of the training material to you on the first day of class, and homework on each day it is required.

    Homework

    You will be given homework assignments each day.

    Certification Testing

    • Testing is conducted electronically and is proctored by the accreditation agency
    • Testing is closed book
    • Re-testing will follow accreditation agency rules and guidelines
    • Personal communication devices (cell phones, iPads etc.) cannot be used during testing
  • System 21 e-Learning Web-based Training

    Enrollment

    • Enroll online and pay with a credit card
    • Begin your course immediately and work at your own pace

    Training Aids

    • WCS will automatically provide the training materials to you, shipped via FedEx Overnight or FedEx Second Day delivery
    • Technical support available 24/7 by phone or email
    • Certified instructors are available during normal business hours (CST)

    Completing Your Course

    • Once your course is completed it will be reported back to WCS for processing
    • WCS will begin processing your completed course the following business day
    • Within 72 business hours of completion, you should receive an email with instructions on how to obtain/print a copy of your new certificate (provided the test score was 70% or higher)

    • Re-testing will follow accreditation agency rules and guidelines
  • Renting a System 21 Laptop

    Laptop rentals are handled through our Technical Support department. A $2,500.00 deposit will be required prior to shipment. Once the laptop is returned, the cost of the course along with the shipping fees will be deducted from the deposit amount and if there is a balance left it will be refunded back to the original credit card; if a balance is due WCS will contact you for an additional payment.

    Support

    • The Technical Support department will conduct a live how-to tutorial with each rental
    • A complete System 21 e-Learning software startup guide will be provided
      • The user is responsible for enrolling themselves into the correct course
    • Well Control School will provide the training material in your shipment
